RETURNS
Please read the below conditions and email hello@worncurations.com.au to obtain an RA number before returning your purchase.
We accept returns on full-priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. You will be responsible for the returns shipping costs, we suggest sending via a trackable service as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels.
We quality check all of our pieces before sending to you, however in the case you have received a faulty item please take a photo of the fault and email us at hello@worncurations.com.au so we can work with you on a solution.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are encouraged, as we are a small business, we would love for you to choose another size or another item!

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
SALE ITEMS
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are allowed.
